1. What this site is

Windward Pier (wpcdp.com) is a collection of free-to-play social games operated by SwiftForce LLC for entertainment only. It is not a casino and provides no casino services. Nothing on the site allows you to win, lose, deposit or withdraw money or anything of monetary value.

2. Virtual coins

The coins, spins and other items used in the games exist only inside them. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, cashed out or exchanged for goods, services or prizes. A balance is a number on a screen and carries no entitlement of any kind.

3. Who may use the site

The site is for adults who have reached 19, or 18 in Quebec. You are responsible for meeting that requirement and for complying with the rules that apply where you are. We may close an account where we are not satisfied that the age requirement is met.

4. No warranty

Success in these games says nothing about success at real-money gambling, which works differently and carries financial risk.
