1. Who we are and what these terms cover
wpcdp.com (the “Site”) and the games available on it — Slot Adventurer Hook, Shield Ocean Slot, River Slot Green, Slot Pan Catch, Halloween Angler Slot, Slot Medical Bait, Ultimate Soccer Tackle, and Witch Cauldron Fisher (each a “Game” and together the “Games”) — are operated by SwiftForce LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 2121 S Imboden Ct, Decatur, IL 62521-5286, United States. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and us and govern your access to and use of the Site and the Games (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. The Games are free social entertainment, not gambling
The Games are free-to-play, demo-style social games provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not offer, promote, or facilitate real-money gambling of any kind, and they do not provide casino services. No wagers of money or anything of monetary value are placed, accepted, or held by us at any time.
The Games do not award, and you cannot obtain through them, money, cryptocurrency, merchandise, vouchers, sweepstakes entries, or any other prize or benefit having real-world value. There are no withdrawals and no cash prizes. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
3. Virtual coins
Virtual coins, chips, spins, and any other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are a functional part of the Games and exist only inside them. Your coin balance is shared across all Games on the Site. Virtual Items:
- have no monetary value and are not a currency, deposit, credit, stored value, or property of any kind;
- cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged for money, transferred to another user, sold, or redeemed for prizes or benefits of real-world value;
- are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Games and remain our property;
- may be granted, adjusted, expired, or removed by us, and may be lost if your account is closed.
You acquire no ownership right in any Virtual Item, and we owe you no compensation of any kind for Virtual Items that are lost, adjusted, expired, or removed.
4. The Games are provided free of charge
Access to the Games is free. There are no purchases, deposits, subscriptions, or payments of any kind, and we do not request payment card details. If we introduce optional in-game purchases in the future, we will update these Terms and disclose the purchase terms before any purchase can be made.
5. The mobile app Tower Turbo Win
The Site also links to the mobile application Tower Turbo Win, which is distributed through Google Play. The application is not played on the Site: following the link takes you to the official Google Play listing, where downloading and using the application is governed by Google Play’s terms and by the terms and privacy policy published by the application’s developer on its store listing.
Tower Turbo Win is a free arcade game for two players on one device. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash payouts, or prizes of any monetary value, and it does not provide casino services. Any scores, records, or leaderboard positions in the application exist only inside it, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money or rewards.
We do not operate the Google Play platform and cannot control its availability, pricing, or content policies. Where the application is published by a third-party developer, that developer is responsible for the application, its content, its updates, and its handling of your personal information.
6. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 19 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 19. We may request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close an account where we are not satisfied that the age requirement is met. The same minimum age applies to following the link to Tower Turbo Win from the Site.
7. Welcome bonus and in-game bonuses
New accounts receive a one-time grant of 2,000 virtual coins, which can be used in any of the Games. Additional bonuses, including daily coin bonuses, may be offered from time to time. All bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, and per device, are granted in Virtual Items only, and are subject to the following: they carry no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by us at any time. We may withhold or reverse any bonus where we reasonably believe it was obtained through duplicate accounts, automation, or other abuse. Bonuses on the Site do not apply inside the mobile application.
8. Your account
You may hold one account, which gives you access to all Games on the Site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at swiftforce@atomicmail.io if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or by using the account settings on the Site.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service if you are under 19; create more than one account or use another person’s account; use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or modified clients; exploit bugs or manipulate game results; attempt to sell, buy, or transfer accounts or Virtual Items; reverse engineer, copy, or scrape the Service; interfere with its operation or security; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your right to use the Service and any Virtual Items ends immediately.
11. Intellectual property and third-party content
The Service, including its software, game mechanics, text, and our own graphics, sounds, and trade marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. All other rights are reserved.
Certain game titles, artwork, sounds, and trade marks that appear on the Site belong to third parties and are used under licence from their respective owners for social, non-wagering use, or are shown to identify the mobile application they relate to. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trade marks of Google LLC. We are an independent operator of free social games and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any real-money gambling operator, casino, or licensing authority.
12. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites and stores, including the Google Play listing for Tower Turbo Win, and may contain links placed under commercial arrangements. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Our commercial arrangements do not change how the Service works or what it offers. 13. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including individual Games, Virtual Items, and the links to the mobile application, at any time. Where content is provided under a third-party licence, it may be withdrawn when that licence ends.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, for loss of data, for the loss of Virtual Items, or for anything that happens on a third-party platform such as Google Play. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country or province of residence.
15. Responsible play
The Games and the application are intended as entertainment. If your play stops feeling like entertainment, our Responsible Play page sets out warning signs, the self-limitation tools available on the Site, and free confidential support services in Canada.
16. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version at wpcdp.com/terms with a new effective date and, where the change is material, notify registered users by email or by notice on the Site before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing law, disputes, and provider details
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Illinois have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country or province of residence, and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings before the courts of your place of residence where applicable law gives you that right. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
